Being the UI/UX Design Lead and the only designer in the company, my responsibility was to deliver all design aspects of the redesign project, from research to implementation. I collaborated closely with the development team and stakeholders to ensure that our designs not only met business goals but also provided a seamless and captivating user experience.

By enhancing the user onboarding experience of KEYNINJA and integrating sales automation into the onboarding process, we can improve user engagement and retention rates. Ultimately, this will lead to increased customer satisfaction and revenue for the company and ensure that KEYNINJA remains competitive and can adapt to the evolving needs of users.

Now that we have configured the sales pipeline and lead automation on Active Campaign, it's crucial for us to ensure that the platform is fully prepared. Currently, the user onboarding experience for KEYNINJA is suboptimal and fragmented. The user onboarding page hasn't been revamped to the latest style, and this could potentially affects people's first impression.




By implementing the new onboarding screens, our goal is to improve the user experience and create a unified style that aligns with our latest branding, resulting in a more cohesive outcome. The redesigned page features a straightforward and user-friendly interface, facilitating a seamless and swift onboarding process for users.

The objective of this project is to enhance the user onboarding experience of KEYNINJA and future-proofing the funnel by integrating sales automation into the user's onboarding progress on the KEYNINJA dashboard.

Currently, the user onboarding experience of KEYNINJA is not optimal and disjointed. The user onboarding page hasn't been updated to the latest style, which could negatively impact the business's image. Moreover, the sales pipeline was not implemented according to proper procedure, resulting in a non-future-proof funnel that cannot adjust to the evolving needs of users.

By enhancing the user onboarding experience of KEYNINJA and integrating sales automation into the onboarding process, we can improve user engagement and retention rates. Ultimately, this will lead to increased customer satisfaction and revenue for the company and ensure that KEYNINJA remains competitive and can adapt to the evolving needs of users.

This project involves a collaboration between the product, sales, and marketing departments, as well as the development team, as implementing the new process proved to be challenging. To ensure the project's success, comprehensive research was conducted to identify the best practices and industry standards. During the ideation phase, we thoroughly analyzed the processes used by other platforms and used them as a reference for our approach.


Having conducted workshops with the team, we have finalized our sales pipeline activities and created a flow on Miro to visualize the process of how we will utilize automation. To achieve this, we utilized Active Campaign, a Customer Relationship Management tool, for managing all our automation, setting up forms and email campaigns to support in generating our leads.



By automating the sales pipeline, it makes it easier for us to run targeted and personalized emails to a specific audience to promote products and services or nurture relationships. It allows us to communicate directly with our customers or prospects, share valuable content, and drive desired actions like sales or engagement.
